Now that I have spent over 7 years putting ideas about my Public & Private Enterprise economic vision for humanity on this web site (since January 4, 2001), all of which is found below Bonnie Hurwitz's commentary that follows these first four paragraphs, it is time to get the envisioned worldwide Movement started here in my Baltimore regional community so that it can then reach out to the rest of the world. Because of this, I now want to concentrate on speaking in many places in my community in order to both let people know about the project and to hopefully inspire some people in each audience to come join the action and add their skills and talents to the initial core group that is needed in order to get the worldwide "Public & Private Enterprise Development Forum" started.

I promise everyone that if you take the time to read every bit of this economic proposal, and about the worldwide forum that needs to be launched around the starting ideas, you will see that it may just be the most important overall subject which humanity needs to have a public dialogue about. This is because it deals with and solves most of the many thousands of major problems in the world that all the people and organizations who work on helping humanity are lovingly and loyally dealing with to help their fellow human beings, the planetary environment, the animals, and so on, and this would be another very important united place and activity for them to interact through, support, promote, and help lead.

The bottom-line to my vision is this: WE THE PEOPLE, WORLDWIDE, ARE MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN MONEY! Because of this, and from an all-encompassing moral, ethical, and spiritual point of view, the money system should be changed so that it absolutely makes the world work for humanity -- which the existing flawed system does not. Unfortunately, because of the way we now operate, the man-made dynamic is that, to say it in my particular way, MONEY EITHER MAKES THE WORLD GO AROUND SMOOTHLY -- OR NOT! Since this is the sad reality, and we are a very broken world from this point of view, I think this subject for the people of the world to dialogue on is one of the most important things to do together so that the entire system can be fixed.

My wife, Bonnie Hurwitz, after hearing me speak at Johns Hopkins University at the Baltimore Free University, which is a project of the Center For Social Concern on the campus -- my first talk on this subject -- has decided to be my agent, the person who actually works on trying to get me invited to speak in as many places as possible and to be interviewed, as she is much more skilled than I am in this sort of endeavor. This is a long-term project for all of humanity to get involved with. We hope that you will be inspired to become part of it. WHY THE "PUBLIC & PRIVATE ENTERPRISE" ECONOMIC VISION
IS AN IMPORTANT IDEA FOR OUR TIMES

Many of us who came of age in the United States during the 1960's and 1970's recall a time full of idealism and hope.  Although the country was in turmoil in the era of civil rights and the war in Vietnam, there was a sense of society moving forward to a more just and peaceful condition.  People were full of passion in their visions of creating a better world, from Objectivism on the right to various forms of Socialism and Anarchism on the left, and long before globalization was an economic concept there was a sense of international solidarity with hopes that the whole world was capable of evolving into an earthly paradise.

In the years since then the collapse of the Soviet Union and our understanding of the failures of socialism as it had been practiced have destroyed the dreams of the traditional left, while the glimpse of ruthless and unfettered capitalism which replaced it has shown that the free market alone will not be the world's savior.  The increase in terrorist threats and violent religious extremism in many parts of the world have made our planet an even more dangerous place, with the international community seemingly helpless to combat the horrific wars and genocidal campaigns that constantly erupt, along with increasing environmental devastation. While the fortunes of the industrialized world go up and down, the majority of the world lives in heartbreaking poverty with little hope of improvement.

In the face of this frightening and discouraging reality, there is little talk of an international movement to heal the whole world.  Instead, people concentrate on what seems achievable -- on local issues where one can more readily make a difference, or on specific causes which unite like-minded people across geographic boundaries.  This kind of work is important and those citizens who are committed to help in these ways should continue to do so even while we encourage them to add a new vision for a better world to the causes they support.

John DeSantis, however, has not given up on the world's ability to become "the promised land".  He envisions a planet where nations will cooperate to together change the way money comes into existence and is distributed so that poverty will be eliminated, with full employment in every nation. At the same time, there will be a constant whirlwind of public and private enterprise activity as the legitimate needs of the world are finally funded as they should be, to fulfill humanity's urgent needs for adequate food, housing, education, health care, and energy in a way that will be sustainable and not further harm the earth or its creatures.  While this economic system will not automatically eliminate all of the world's problems it will go a long way toward easing the resentments and hatreds that are currently so prevalent among nations and even within them.

If you take the time to read this web site, you will learn more about the "Public & Private Enterprise Development Forum" and John's ideas on helping humanity.  But the best way to learn about these ideas is to hear him speak, and to share his enthusiasm for envisioning a world operating on the principles of social justice and compassion.  I learned this for myself when hearing him speak at the Baltimore Free University at Johns Hopkins University last fall, when he conducted a free three-day workshop on "Envisioning the End to Worldwide Poverty".  Although the class was small the discussion was lively and his lectures were inspiring.

John's vision is of a world where nations cooperate with each other and there is concern throughout for the well-being of all of humanity, the earth, and all living things.  When we look around us we may note that the current state of international relations does not inspire much hope, and some people have labeled John's vision as "utopian".  But the fact that the world is in such bad shape is no reason to refrain from working to improve it -- in fact, a vision of harmony and justice is desperately needed in such difficult times, with humanity tottering on the brink of its own self-destruction if alternative ways of operating are not initiated.

This is a vision which deserves to be heard, and considered, which is all that John is asking.  In thinking about the system he is proposing, others may improve upon it or think of different ways to implement it while retaining the essential goal of changing how, when and for what reasons money comes into existence in a way that eliminates poverty throughout the world.  John would be happy to speak to your group -- always without a fee or any solicitation of funds -- whether during the day or evening and for any time period that suits your needs, and I can promise you an interesting talk and exchange of ideas. January 2, 2008: My name is Luciena Fletcher. I host and produce "Whats Up Howard County with Luciena", a public access TV program aired in Howard County (which is in the state of Maryland here in the United States). A good friend Beverly Pennie referred me to John and Bonnie's website. My friend Beverly felt they'd make great guests on the show. After visiting this website I was very impressed with the ideas, information and intentions of both John & Bonnie. I not only shared their views but wanted to learn more about how and when John's vision came about. Being an advocate of the "underdog" myself, I was very much impressed by both their sincerity and compassion for life -- all life. I wanted to do what I could to contribute to this positive cause. Our hope is to begin a movement where more people can be aware that we can end world hunger and poverty. Discussions need to take place between all people from all walks of life regarding the options we DO have. I strongly believe that the elimination of world hunger and poverty can be achieved if we all make it our utmost priority -- why not make it our priority?! We are exploring ways to make this happen. We welcome feedback whether it be critical or supportive. Change will take place when more of us realize the need for change. Obviously we are doing something wrong when a great country such as America has enough homeless people to overfill Texas state. Section 1 of 17:
INTRODUCTION

Hello, and welcome to my web site. My name is John DeSantis. I'm a senior citizen who lives in Baltimore, Maryland (U.S.A.). I'd like to honestly set the stage in this first paragraph of the Introductory section by saying this: I have a very big and important vision for humanity, but I'm not in any way a skilled writer, so please only consider everything that I present in this document as some of my rough unedited notes that are offered in order to paint enough of the picture of the movement that I'm trying to inspire humanity to start in every nation -- and that they will be rewritten and presented in a much more organized and professional way once some skilled and talented people who are inspired by what is presented come along and get it all started. I most sincerely hope that after you have taken the time to read everything here (using the particular font size and style that is most comfortable for you -- I personally like to sit back and read it on my computer's monitor in 24-point Arial), you'll at least feel that it's worth telling others about my vision, for their open-minded consideration. OK, let me now begin:

I have a firm conviction that I'm presenting humanity with a whole new and improved economic system model that is well worth considering very seriously, and all together: a strong starting idea for us to work with; a very strategic component that if added to our already existing systems can actually lead to the end of involuntary poverty on earth, right down to the last poverty-stricken person in every nation. How? By adding an ingredient, a new element, a method of operating that always, and absolutely, allows us to fully finance everything, in every nation, and always right up to the evolving maximum that is necessary and that humanity everywhere, at all times, knows that it desperately needs but simply can't pay for. And I do mean all of the most important things that everyone can think of -- all of the horrible things that we suffer and struggle with so severely in every nation that are based on economics.

This project is based on an Economic Vision that I had for humanity back in early 1980. It's a vision that I'm firmly convinced all the great prophets, sages, adepts and teachers, as well as the many other wise people who came after them, and who are also very highly revered, respected and loved by the many billions of people who are members of the various religions on our planet, would collectively both approve of and want their followers to become actively involved with in order to help make this vision become a reality. Each of our many religions was originally built around, and is sustained by, the lives, words, and deeds of some of these great ones. Why do I think that they would all approve? Because the vision points to a very practical plan that can actually help us to completely solve a great many day-to-day problems around the world that we have never been able to solve, except very partially here and there. And also because if the plan is implemented in every nation we will have once and for all organized our world-wide very interconnected economic and social systems correctly, effectively uniting humanity in many very important practical and problem-solving ways so that we can have a much better chance, as a world-wide civilization, to finally evolve to a point where we truly love and care about one another, as each of the founders of our various religions wanted us to -- no matter what our particular religion, philosophy, race, gender, nation, culture, and ethnic group is.

I want everyone to know that every single organization, small and large -- local, national, and international, that serves humanity in the 1,001 ways that are unfortunately necessary in every nation, can help support, get involved with, and make popular this project without breaking stride and taking too much time and effort away from the good work that each is already doing. And that if the vision is ever actually put in place, after a long worldwide public discussion about it, the mission of most of these organizations that serve our suffering humanity in every nation within all the realms, situations, and subjects related to and caused by poverty, will be much altered as poverty will have finally been eliminated on the face of the planet. I present many, many different ways to see how this can come to pass in this document.

I finally began to write it down here on January 4, 2001. On this rough and evolving manuscript page, which will steadily be edited and added to, I will try my very best, little by little, in the days, weeks, months, and years ahead, in service to humanity, to lay out the basic foundational ideas of this economic-project vision that I have been constantly thinking about for over 27 years. Even though I'm not in any way a skilled writer, and never even finished high school before I joined the United States Marine Corps in the Bronx, New York in April of 1958, at the age of 17, I sincerely feel that it is my sacred duty to humanity to finally, once and for all, get it written down so that there is at least a record of it before my life comes to an end, doing my best to try and keep it public and available to as much of humanity as I can all along the way of its development. Why? So that it doesn't simply disappear from humanity's view when I die because not enough people around the world became aware of its existence, and so that it can keep being noticed, considered, evaluated, spoken of, pondered over, and improved upon, no matter how long it may take to be recognized and to finally have a chance to serve humanity well: be it in a few years, decades, or centuries.

Please be assured that I do not ask anyone to absolutely understand, approve, or support everything about this economic proposal at this early stage, but simply, after reading and considering it, to support a world-wide public dialogue and analysis of it over a long period of time. For now, until it gets going, and then is maybe named something else by a group of us, I call it the "Public & Private Enterprise Development Forum".

I invite everyone who wants to become involved in some way, after reading this "Public & Private Enterprise" document, to join the action and throw as much or as little of your influence and weight, and/or your organization's influence and weight, that you care to, into helping to create and promote the world-wide "Public & Private Enterprise Development Forum" (be it a governmental, non-governmental, media, non-profit, charitable, environmental, educational, think tank, corporate, religious, youth, senior citizen, or other type of organization that you are associated with). So far the whole thing is just a two-person project (the other person is my wife, Bonnie Hurwitz). When that changes I will very happily point it out by editing this page accordingly, and keep doing it as more and more people, governments, and organizations get involved in some way. And besides wanting many people around the world to at least know about it, I'm looking for very key, wise, knowledgeable, and skilled people who are inspired by the idea to volunteer to lead, assist, and guide it at every level, from the highest leadership and actions down to the most humble, either in your own nation or as a champion of it around the whole world. Why? Because I only have the initial starting-point vision, but absolutely no organizing ability or know-how. This vision that I have lived with and have carried for so long now is much bigger and wiser than me, but it's surely not bigger and wiser than a skillful and "United" world-wide humanity that decides to organize and work together in order to take advantage of the tremendous possibilities that it offers for improving world conditions everywhere.

Because this is a project that, for the sake of humanity, needs every nation, or at least many nations, to become involved with it, each nation should assign at least a small committee of scholars, teachers, experts, and visionaries to help develop it, and to promote its existence.

Advance Notice: Please know that when you get to the end of the first part of this document, at whatever condition of development it happens to be in at the time of your reading, and before you get to the "CONTACT INFORMATION" section, which is followed by the "WHERE I STAND ON THE QUESTION OF 'WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?'" section (the one that actually ends the whole document), there is a large section that began on January 4, 2003 which is entitled "A GROWING LIST OF ADDITIONAL IDEAS, CLARIFICATIONS, AND THOUGHTS TO CONTINUE AND COMPLEMENT EVERYTHING THAT HAS SO FAR BEEN SAID IN THE ABOVE DOCUMENT". HOW, WHEN, AND FOR WHAT REASONS DOES MONEY COME INTO EXISTENCE? -- THIS IS THE MAIN FOUNDATIONAL QUESTION TO UNDERSTANDING HUMANITY'S ECONOMIC PROBLEMS. IF WE TRULY COME TO UNDERSTAND THIS, THEN SKILLFULLY WORK WITH IT, WE WILL SOLVE EVERYTHING!

The main and most important foundational part of the original vision had to do with this 3-part question and subject. Without getting into it too much here, leaving the many details to experts and scholars to try and explain to everyone, the technical ways that governments do this seem to be varied, not very wise, changing, and arbitrary. But the bottom line is that However, Whenever, and For Whatever Reasons new money does come into existence, with whatever tangible things that it has to be backed up with, if anything, like, for example, the old but now discarded gold standard, it is obvious, based on the horrible world-wide effects that are due to the way things have been done in the past and are now being done, of wide-spread poverty, suffering, and discord, that these ways must be improved upon, added to, and altered and adjusted so that humanity everywhere comes to be in a better condition on a permanent basis.

I could be wrong, but it seems clear to me that in every nation, no matter what all the particular ground rules are, new money is simply printed and/or added to the various economic systems by being written on to paper and computer ledger sheets by both governments and banks, national and international, whenever needed by them. Like I said, I could be wrong, but I say it in this particular way because it was spoken of in the summary and conclusion of a television show that I saw on "The History Channel" about gold, where it was said that money is, to paraphrase them, at this point in history, only backed up by intangible things like goodwill, trust, creditability, stability, dependability, and so on. Therefore, the vision that I keep seeing, grounded in the very important subject of what actually backs money up, is guiding us to use this already existing and accepted foundational method in order to finally solve all of our existing and long-standing economic problems, and all of the individual and social ills that grow out of them.

It's important for humanity to know, in plain language that everyone can truly understand, how it all actually works and is being done, since, as we have more and more people on the planet, more and more economic activity, new money that did not exist before keeps coming into existence. Hopefully some of the people who understand these ways, in the committees that I hope will begin to form up in each nation, will simply and clearly explain the processes that are now in existence. I encourage those of you who want to be a part of this world-wide project to volunteer to play a part in your particular nation.

The vision that I had and have will strongly address and deal with this most important subject, as you will see it unfold here, and provide a solution that should inspire and excite humanity.

Section 3 of 17:
HOW IS MONEY DISTRIBUTED TO HUMANITY, IN EVERY NATION, WHEN IT DOES COME INTO EXISTENCE?

Another part of the vision, closely associated with how money comes into existence, dealt with this aspect of the overall problem, since no matter how it has been dealt with or is now being dealt with by the governments of all nations, it is clear, from past and present experience by all of humanity, that in the present systems, overall, in general, no matter what pockets of success and good exist, in the way money actually comes into existence and is distributed, in every nation, billions of people live in dire poverty, and billions of others are not too much better off, even when they are working.

Section 4 of 17:
AS A WORLD-WIDE CIVILIZATION, WHY DON'T WE DO EVERYTHING THAT WE NEED TO DO, WHEN WE KNOW HOW TO DO IT?

Another part of the vision concentrated on this general idea. Some of the enormous number of things within this are, for example:

If we technically know how to cure any particular disease, or at least know how to treat it so that people are somewhat comfortable and can live with it as it is being treated and dealt with on a regular basis, up to the full present limits of scientific and medical know-how, why don't we do it for everyone who is afflicted with it? -- and there are many hundreds if not thousands of these diseases.

If we know how to feed everyone, why don't we?

If we know how to decently house everyone, why don't we?

The main and bottom-line answer to the above samples, as well as to the many, many more that are not listed here, is, just to paraphrase in quotes a portion of my vision, and the actual reality that we live with as a whole humanity, the following:

"That we can't afford to, we don't have the money, we simply can't pay for what needs to so desperately be done in so many quarters, even though we know how to do so much of it."

In my way of thinking, according to the vision that I had and live with, is that the world would be ignorant to continue in this fashion now that it has a starting-idea and plan to explore and develop until it becomes a smooth and do-able working reality that should be implemented. So read on, and see what the basics of this new way to go are, so that you can then ponder over it yourself and with others.

Section 5 of 17:
HOW CAN WE CONSTANTLY ADD ALL OF THE MONEY NECESSARY INTO EVERY NATION'S ECONOMIC SYSTEM IN A WAY THAT EASILY FITS IN WITH THE WAY THINGS ARE DONE NOW?

For example: How can every person who now holds wealth, at every level, continue to do so and not lose any of their wealth and social position in the process, and to the contrary, even be able to do much better? For the first time in all recorded history (I think), worldwide, "Public Enterprise", if it is recognized and accepted as being a viable way to go, will enter the scene and be just as important and have a strategic and needed place in the overall economic system as the already-existing ingredient called "Private Enterprise", in the vision unfolding here; and they will always work together very nicely and truly complement one another as they constantly spur and assist humanity to create true economic and social success and justice in every way, while also maintaining the important freedom, competitiveness, and incentives of the "Private Enterprise" system (which is also called "Free Enterprise").

And because of it, instead of all the talented and skilled entrepreneurs, capitalists, business people, inventors, innovators, organizers, and movers and shakers in all fields in every nation only having a relatively small portion of the world's citizens as their potential market, and highly educated and trained work force, and all the rest, the great majority of humanity, living and suffering at the various levels of poverty, even when they are working very hard and are being honest, which leads to so much of the crime, drug use, and endless social problems, as well as wars and terrorism, because of all the poverty and discontent, they will have every person on the planet capable of spending money on whatever products, services, education, and entertainment that they specialize in and sell, or are invested in, as poverty will have been eliminated, steadily becoming but a distant memory while remaining as a very important record, because experienced for so long, of how a world-wide civilization should not organize itself.

And they won't have to pay taxes any more, as taxes won't be needed to fund any form of government and all that governments are called upon to do for their citizens and communities; and they won't always be desperately called upon and/or expected to contribute to the massive poverty and social degradation that is always being lived and experienced everywhere, once the system is fixed. And most crime will naturally begin to fade away relatively rapidly because a major root cause of it won't exist any more: meaning all of the poverty, unemployment, ignorance, hopelessness, frustration, and anger that naturally comes from a society not seeming to care, and even when caring, never able to figure out how to solve this great world-wide problem and human tragedy.

Section 6 of 17:
HOW CAN WE SOLVE THESE MAJOR PROBLEMS WITHIN THE EXISTING FORMS OF ECONOMIC SYSTEMS?

The key idea in this vision is to ALWAYS Finance ALL of the Necessary DOING, and with no need for taxes of any kind: effectively creating a world that is always awash in more and more new money because it is always awash in all of the productive new "doing", that is always able to be financed, no matter how much is needed, in an endless round of one hand naturally washing the other in this way, dynamically keeping it all going, in a constant, "Steady as she goes", non-stop rhythm, with no constantly recurring economic cycles of "Boom & Bust", both in and out of government. This will allow us to always finance everything that is most important to prosperity, peace, satisfaction, health, and happiness for all of humanity. This is the bottom line to this vision. This is where the idea of "Public & Private Enterprise" comes in. The goal is to end up with only one world-wide currency, not different money in each nation with constantly changing values. Why? So that it always stays very stable because it is naturally loved and highly respected by everyone because of the very practical, productive, all-encompassing, problem-solving, humanity-helpful way that it comes into existence in the same exact way in every single nation.

HERE'S A SAMPLE LIST OF THE KINDS OF VERY IMPORTANT THINGS THAT WILL ALWAYS BE ABLE TO BE FINANCED LIKE THEY NEVER COULD BEFORE

First let me make sure that it's clear that the vision includes, at all times, the financing, right up to the very maximum of whatever investment is needed for all "Public Enterprises", whenever "Private Enterprise" can't, won't, or shouldn't do it, in every single category and problem to be worked on, worldwide. This includes, just for example now, even though every possible thing that I leave out here is covered, the payroll for all of the staff, no matter how many people are needed, at every job and skill level, for all of the departments and projects needed in order to work on the solving of each problem; all of the equipment, no matter how sophisticated and expensive; all of the construction of buildings and infrastructure; all of the supplies of every kind; all of the experts and consultants; and so on and on. As said earlier, even though we know how to do almost everything, and could already solve a great many if not all of our major problems within the various economic and social systems, worldwide, we just can't pay for all that humanity needs done in the most important areas. If the system envisioned is ever put in place, after a world-wide dialogue carried on in order to understand and refine it, then it will be a whole new world-wide economic ball game -- one where everything we need can be paid for.

A few samples of the endless things that will easily be able to be financed; and the things that people will easily be able to pay for:

(1) Feeding everyone in the world with a full and healthy diet of their choice -- and not in free soup kitchens because people are starving and desperate, or in any other types of emergency free give-away programs anymore, but simply because everyone can easily pay their own way because they have the means to, as they are productive citizens of the community, working in the "Public Enterprise" sector, or in the "Private Enterprise" sector, or in both.

(2) The best education for every person on the planet, at every level of schooling; and after the highest possible caliber of youthful basic education provided, that each of us needs at the beginning of our lives, then always making a "choice" from thousands of fields of education and training for just the careers that we each want to enter into (and with re-education available at all times, whenever wanted and needed). And the constant funding and construction of all the superior school buildings that are necessary, as well as the highest caliber of maintenance and upkeep of all existing school buildings at all times.

(3) The best health care in the world, at all times, in every way, including preventative care, for everyone. And every single disease in the world, no matter how rare and/or difficult, being fully staffed and worked on to develop medicines and cures and equipment. Not one to be left less than absolutely fully funded, no matter how much is needed for staff, facilities, equipment, and supplies -- with all of the professionals and technicians working in the special fields of their choice.

(4) Good homes and apartments in the world for everyone to live in.

(5) The best health care, the best services, and the best living conditions for all senior citizens in the world -- both in or out, as the case may be for each person, of the family and home environment.

(6) All of the police, fire, and emergency people and departments that are needed; as well as all of the necessary buildings, equipment, and supplies.

(7) The best education, counseling, and job training for our prison population, in a truly caring way, so that as many men and women as possible re-enter society fully transformed and ready when their terms have been served.

(8) Every important science and medical research project funded and equipped right up to the maximum that is needed at all times; and fully staffed with the best minds and technicians who want to work in each particular field.

(9) Funding everything that is needed to develop all of the new sources of energy, especially solar energy, and build the systems that deliver all of these innovations to us, so that we can replace our world-wide dependence on oil, which is severely polluting our planet -- and always funding and building as many power plants that are necessary to more than meet the needs of the world at any given time. And whenever better technology is developed, easily funding and building the new power plants and systems, while wisely phasing out the technically-outdated ones.

(10) Quickly funding every single plan and project that every single community in the world, from the largest cities down to the smallest towns and villages, votes on and decides that it needs for the well-being of its citizens, its public institutions, and every aspect of the physical infrastructure of the community itself.

(11) Another major ingredient within this overall vision, is that every single idea, plan, proposal, scheme, aspiration for a new project, business, invention, innovation, and so on, by anyone, looking to be developed and brought into existence, will have two ways to approach the funding of it: Either by the "Public Enterprise" system of the city, state, nation, or the whole world, after either or all of these public entities analyze and finally vote on it, or as has always been the way, due to the nature of the project that is looking for funding, has to find its start through the "Private Enterprise" system, or simply not come into existence. The bottom line is that some things will naturally fall within the boundaries of "Public Enterprise", while other things will naturally fall within the boundaries of "Private Enterprise", and some will even fall within both. For example: When "Private Enterprise" funds all that it can, or all that it wants to, of a project that is very important to the well-being of humanity, whether local or universal, and the planetary environment itself, leaving a whole lot more that is needed unfunded, then "Public Enterprise" simply steps in and wisely and easily funds the rest.

(12) Every single community in the world, no matter how small and/or remote, will be able to have as many skilled and qualified doctors to serve it as are necessary, both in private doctor's offices, and in well-equipped, supplied, and staffed hospitals and/or clinics, as well as doctors always making house calls to every home that needs to be called upon in this way. And every person with a horrible disease, such as HIV/AIDS, will get all of the medicine and health care that they need, as early as possible, so that they suffer as little as possible, and so that diseases like this do not get a chance to spread out of control and become major epidemics, anywhere, as this one has, simply because they were ignored because of lack of funds in the early stages.

(13) Every single natural disaster in the world, due to earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, cyclones, avalanches, tidal waves, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, floods, and so on, will be easily and quickly dealt with by "Public Enterprise" in whatever massive way is necessary and no matter what the cost is.

(14) Every important and necessary project to both protect and clean up our common planetary environment of earth, air, and water, all-inclusive of everything having to do with Global Warming, and to protect our wildlife and endangered species, will always be able to be funded, anywhere in the world, right up to the maximum that is needed.

(15) Every nation in the world will be able to fully finance, no matter how expensive and ongoing, in every community, its Homeland Security program, doing everything that is possible and necessary in order to both try to prevent, and prepare for, any chemical, biological, or nuclear threats from terrorism, as well as suicide bombings and aircraft takeovers.

(16) Every nation, state, and city in the world, right down to the smallest communities, will be able to build and maintain, at all times, all of the necessary public transportation systems, as well as roads and highways, and will always be able to keep up with the growing needs for all of these, well in advance.

(17) ...and so on and on.

Section 8 of 17:
NO TAXATION WILL BE NEEDED BECAUSE ALL GOVERNMENTS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE "PUBLIC ENTERPRISES" AND SHOULD BE FUNDED AS SUCH

This way everything important that every country, state, city, town, and community needs financed will always be able to be funded, right up to the maximum needed, without taxation of any kind, direct and indirect, taking anything away from any citizen and "Private Enterprise" business in the world. This is very important because, besides being a constant contributing cause of poverty, oppression, and injustice throughout history, all over the world, taxation has also been a major factor in causing violent and devastating revolutions and wars.

Section 9 of 17:
HOW CAN WE ACTUALLY KEEP BRINGING NEW MONEY INTO EXISTENCE, IN A WAY THAT IS ACCEPTED AS THE WAY TO DO IT, BY EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD, IN ORDER TO CONTINUALLY FINANCE EVERYTHING THAT FALLS UNDER THE "PUBLIC ENTERPRISE" SIDE OF THE EQUATION?

The specific ways to go about this are probably endless in the details as to the best methods to use. So it will be wise to conclude, especially since there is no precedent in all of recorded history for this, I think, that any way that is eventually accepted as the best initial way to go should steadily be altered, adjusted, and improved as better and better ways are thought of and proposed, based on what we actually experience, firsthand, in all quarters.

I will start us off here with just one possible method for us to consider, and try to keep developing and improving it as best I can. This particular method has a world-wide central mission control aspect to it, an international department for the issuing of all new money for both startup and existing and ongoing "Public Enterprises" in every nation, which, as said, includes the funding of the government of each nation, under a system that is standard throughout the world, and which is accepted by all of the governments and their people in the world. It should be something more or less like any particular senate or congress, or world body, where each and every nation in the world, no matter how small or large, is equally represented, and whose votes are always equal, with none having any more power than any of the others.

In this vision, proposals for new "Public Enterprises" will always be submitted to this international body, from everywhere -- from the government of the smallest town to the largest nation in the world, and all governments in between, after, maybe, for example, a small town's proposal for the funding of a needed project, after it has first planned and worked out the details in its own community, has then been approved by the state it is in, then by the nation it is a part of, and then sent to the world body for final approval and the creation of the new money so that the proposed project can be quickly funded and can begin being created.

Hopefully people in the committees that I propose should come together in each nation will begin to submit ideas to improve this particular way, as well as submit alternate ways to go about this.

Before I go too much further, let me say that everyone should keep in mind, at all times, when evaluating this whole new way to do things, especially those who now own businesses, large and small, anywhere in the world, that all new money that constantly enters the world-wide system through productive and needed "Public Enterprise" activities really enters and circulates throughout the whole world-wide "Private Enterprise" system, right from the start. Why? How? Because everything, from payroll at every level, which includes, just as any other enterprise needs, planners, consultants, experts and executives, as well as all of the workers at every level of job skill and activity, from the most skilled scientists and technicians to teachers, secretaries, drivers, maintenance workers, etc., same as in private enterprise, is spent in the "Private Enterprise" side of the equation. And all of the construction within "Public Enterprise" is contracted through and done by "Private Enterprise" businesses, who are paid for doing it, same as always, and all of the needed and necessary supplies and equipment are bought from private enterprises too, and so on.

We now begin to see how we can, if we choose to as a world, after a long and intensive public dialogue, worldwide, quickly evolve to be a world that is always "awash" in money and productive doing, rather than the reverse as we now experience it -- you know, where we can never pay for everything important that we desperately need and need to do and change, even though we know how to do what needs to be done. As I see it, we are always back to square one, to the very basic and crucial question of: HOW, WHEN, AND FOR WHAT REASONS DOES MONEY COME INTO EXISTENCE? This is where our most important and basic roadblock is and will continue to be; this is what we must deeply, and all together, think about, evaluate, discuss, plan, and try to solve, in order to finally be able to collectively decide to go this new "Public & Private Enterprise" route. As I said at the beginning of this, concerning how money now comes into existence, it is most obvious that whatever way it is officially done by governments, and agreed upon by others, or that governments allow it to be done by some major banking institutions, in the present world-wide economic dynamics, "Private Enterprise", as the world knows, through centuries and millenniums of hard experience, with most people in the world suffering day to day, year to year, century to century, and with wars being frequent and dependable outcomes of past and present existing social and economic systems, none of it even comes close to solving the major problems of every kind in the world. So keep all this in mind as you, and all of us in every nation, watch this project develop, and constantly work together, as a "United" people and world, on evaluating it in the public dialogue, and in the very bright blaze of the world-wide public spotlight.

Section 10 of 17:
CAN NATIONS WHO MAY NOW HATE, DISLIKE, OR SIMPLY DISTRUST EACH OTHER, AND WHO HAVE VERY DIFFERENT RELIGIONS, PHILOSOPHIES, AND SOCIAL CUSTOMS, ACTUALLY AGREE TO THIS NEW WAY TO BRING MONEY INTO EXISTENCE, AND TO ALWAYS COOPERATE WITH EACH OTHER ON THIS?

According to my vision, Yes! Why? Because in the "Public Enterprise" system new money constantly comes into existence only through all of the productive doing that every nation needs, week in and week out, endlessly adding to a world that is always "awash" in more and more money, because steadily funding everything that is agreed upon as being productive to be done, very much needed, and for the good of the whole community and humanity as a whole: be it all of the schools that are needed, and all of the teachers, books, equipment, and supplies; be it roads, bridges, and power plants; be it hospitals, doctors, nurses, equipment, and supplies; be it police, fire, and emergency departments, and all the manpower, machines, and supplies needed; be it libraries, museums, art, and cultural centers and theaters of all types; be it scientific research into every single disease that afflicts humanity; and, of course, all of the government structures themselves, and all of their buildings, workers, equipment, and supplies that are needed; and on and on and on with "productive" and "needed" projects to always be funded, both in their startup phases and in their continuing week to week, month to month, and year to year operations, once up and running, no matter how local, national, or universal each project that is funded in this way happens to be.

Each nation is in the same exact boat as all of the others, no matter how large or small, so it should be very easy, and most necessary, to cooperate and approve all that is asked for to be financed and done in each and every one of their villages, towns, cities, and states, if a plan and proposal has professionally and skillfully been presented to the local community; to then move up the ladder of the approval process and to finally end up at the world's "Public Enterprise" new-money-issuing authority, where every nation has an equal vote. And all along the way the presenters of each new proposal may be asked to go and re-work it a bit, add other ingredients to it that paint the picture better, or cover bases that were left out, and be asked to do better, to tweak it, in a helpful way, when necessary -- but not looking to block it in any way, if the local community agrees that it is a most needed and useful project to add to the community. And, of course, "Public Enterprise" projects that have to be completely phased out, or re-worked, whenever necessary, should be part of the whole common endeavor.

And the bottom line is that it is always the plan and the necessary doing that is looking to be financed, with never any worry as to how big the project may be or how much it will cost, since money will never be an issue that is in the way, so will never be a problem, and fair salaries will be paid to all "Public Enterprise" employees, from top to bottom of the chain of doing, as well as fair prices to all of the contractors, suppliers, and consultants in the "Private Enterprise" sector of the society who sell their products and services to the "Public Enterprise" sector. This is the never ending "one hand washes the other" aspect to all this, with the "Private Enterprise" sector actually doing all of the benefiting from all that is going on in every way, since all "Public Enterprise" employees, who are being paid with new money each week, all over the world, mostly spend their income in the same old "Private Enterprise" sector, in every way, as always, when shopping and paying their bills, and when spending it on entertainment and travel.

And each nation and its people should be free to conceive, plan, create, build, and operate each of these projects according to their own social customs, styles, and national and local propensities, when not harmful to humanity or the planetary environment in any way. The submitting of plans and proposals at the local level will be the same as always, which is simply to show a well thought out plan, the need for it, the good it will do, how it will be built and operated, and so on. Money will no longer be a difficult issue in the "Public Enterprise" system as envisioned, just all of the competent and productive doing of whatever is most needed, at all times and in every way.

What we would have here, once the world agrees to go this route, is a sort of ongoing, non-stop, world-wide "Marshall Plan" type of an action: the kind of rebuilding endeavor that followed World War II. "Public & Private Enterprise" would fairly quickly get humanity onto its feet, once and for all, and naturally always keep it strong and upright.

Section 11 of 17:
CAN THIS ACTUALLY BE DONE IN ONE NATION AS A WORKING TEST MODEL FOR THE WORLD TO WATCH VERY CLOSELY?

Once again, according to my vision, yes! Here's just one sample way, and a few related food for thought ideas, to look at, out of probably numerous other ways that the scholars and experts can come up with: If only one nation, or just a few nations, and not the whole world, starts this off, then there will be two kinds of money that have to be dealt with in each of these nations. For example: All of the new money that is brought into existence through the "Pubic Enterprise" system in each model nation may have no value at the beginning, outside of their nations. But so what, if it creates a "Marshall Plan" type of never-ending productive and much needed doing within the confines of the nation. But all of the actual products and services that were created in all of the new doing, because funded by this money that so far has no value outside of the particular nation, can be sold in the world-wide market for the money that is recognized in the world as acceptable currency. This also does not stop a "Private Enterprise" company from investing and building a business in that nation, paying for all that it builds with any of the currencies already accepted throughout the world. When it is operating it will be earning income and taking in money from both within and outside of that nation. The money that came from outside the nation for whatever it sold will of course be the generally accepted kinds of money, while the money it takes in from within the nation will be of both kinds, the old and the new. And until the whole world does it together, the new kind of money it takes in will be valuable to its growth and new projects within the country only, and so on and so on, until little by little even that money is accepted from companies and people in other countries; and especially useful to them if they want to turn around and buy products and services in the "nation" with both the "Public and Private Enterprise" system in place.

Section 12 of 17:
WHAT ABOUT HUMANITY'S HORRIBLE MONSTER WHO IS ALWAYS WAITING IN THE WINGS, AND WHO MAY WANT TO ENTER INTO THIS; YOU KNOW, THAT ALWAYS-DESTRUCTIVE ELEMENT, THE AGE-OLD FLY IN THE ECONOMIC OINTMENT, KNOWN AS THE INFLATION ASPECT IN ALL OF THIS?

Let me address, in a few ways, this general question and fear that many people will naturally have concerning all this:

"How can we keep adding new money into the world-wide economic system, as laid out in this new 'Public & Private Enterprise' plan, without creating non-stop 'inflation'?"

First let me say this: With no more economic desperation anywhere; with absolutely everything important and necessary constantly being financed in every nation; with the whole world constantly very busy and productive in this new and very healthy non-stop way within both "Public & Private Enterprise"; with this whole new way of humanely and productively operating, worldwide, the dynamic dilemma known as "Inflation" should not even come into play anymore in any significant way, as most of the various man-made fields and conditions for its existence in the first place won't even exist anymore.

Since "Private Enterprises" have to compete to sell and provide their products and services, the same as always, in any particular nation, group of nations, or in the whole world, wherever "Public Enterprise" happens to also be in place, it should be very easy to completely, and naturally, control inflation and keep it at bay, because of the possible consequences that a "Private Enterprise" located within or outside the country could suffer. Why? How? Because we will have a built-in safety-valve always naturally in place. Any business or combination of businesses that are unfairly trying to inflate prices will simply be exposed as to what they are doing, and bypassed by the "Public Enterprise" government or governments, and their citizens. The bottom line is that they could face the hard economic fact that no one will buy their products and services any more. Not only that, but the nation or nations may decide at any time, if for some reason there are no other "Private Enterprises" to step in and operate in a fair way, to quickly build a "Public Enterprise" which will provide the same products and/or services as the businesses who are trying to, whether on purpose or simply because they are ignorant as to what they are doing, and won't listen to reason, take advantage of humanity in that way. When businesses operate fairly, there will never be, and should never be, the need for "Public Enterprise" to step in in this way. A world always awash in money because of productive and needed "Public Enterprise" doing will have no problem for its citizens in this way. The bottom line is this: It will always be best for "Private Enterprises" to be honorable and play fair, worldwide, or even in one nation which may be testing the system for the world, within the dynamics of this new "Public Enterprise" system, which is naturally working hand in helpful hand with "Private Enterprise".

We must open and free up our minds and not hold ourselves back in thinking about the old and current ways in which new money comes into existence, whatever ways they have been and now are, since these ways have proven themselves, loud and clear, to not work good enough -- not even close to being good enough to serve humanity well. In the vision presented here, new money will constantly come into existence only by all of the productive and necessary and agreed upon doing, with each generation adding to it as a portion of the people, in every nation, go to work, day by day and week by week, year in and year out, in both government and many other segments of the "Public Enterprise" sector, so that it always naturally funds the "Private Enterprise" sector.

Each generation's productive doing will ensure that the world is wealthier for the next generation. There can never be too much money in the world in this new system of bringing it into existence while at the same time solving all important economic problems, so that no form of productive doing, in both sectors of the economy, can ever be held back, and no form of human suffering that has its basis in economic problems can exist in this new system.

And don't worry about the rich and the super-rich, or how many people rise to that status in this new system. Unless they invest it and put their money to some sort of productive use, which is very good for the "Private Enterprise" sector, most of it, as now, is just a number on a ledger in a bank account. No one can accumulate and have too much money in a way that can hurt the rest of humanity, if they are sharp and witty experts in the "Private Enterprise" sector. Why? Because with "Public Enterprise" as the safety-valve, no one, no group, no combination of businesses, can create false shortages of anything, in order to unfairly raise the price in the "Private Enterprise" "supply and demand" way, or engage in unfair price-fixing, or monopoly tactics, without endangering their own businesses as explained in the third paragraph above this one: about how "Public Enterprise" will step in and compete with them as massively and as quickly as is necessary, if they do, when the product or service is critical and crucial, like "energy", for example.

Also, with a world always awash in more and more wealth and productive doing and good living by everyone, any particular product or service in the "Private Enterprise" sector, that is not really needed and is not crucial, and so not so important that everyone or even a segment of society must have it for their well being, if for some reason the price rises drastically, it won't be a harmful problem. Why? Because there are so many things for the consumer to choose from, that any particular product or service whose price goes way out of line for some reason, will, as now, be either bypassed by some people and willingly paid for by others, with no one suffering in any real way. This will all just be natural, the same as now. So "Public Enterprise" will never have to step in and get involved in the manufacture and delivery of general goods and services that are not crucial or critical necessities in any way; but always will, if and when necessary, when they are.

These are just a few of the ways of thinking about this new all-encompassing problem-solving way for humanity to operate, which, to me, is a wise, smart, united, caring, and friendly "One for all and all for one" world-wide economic system.

In a natural cosmic universe of duality and contrasts, on every level (such as beginning-ending, birth-death, hot-cold, up-down, sweet-sour, night-day, asleep-awake, wise-ignorant, small-large, in-out, rich-poor, love-hate, selfishness-altruism, spirit-matter, right-wrong, justice-injustice, cause-effect, and on and on with these "pairs of opposites" that we recognize everywhere and in everything), we need to get with the cosmic program and finally, as a whole world, work with rather than against the natural dynamics that pervades all of Nature, and all of the working dynamics of the forces in the universe, as science knows all about, with the contrast of "Public Enterprise" added to "Private Enterprise", for the sake of both a loving and harmonious, and yet still an incentive-driven, better-working economic dynamics for humanity.

Section 13 of 17:
WHAT ABOUT EMPLOYMENT & UNEMPLOYMENT?

No one will ever be unemployed if they do not want to be. They will always have the opportunity and the choice to be employed in either of the two economic systems that completely complement one another: "Public Enterprise" and "Private Enterprise". No one can, should, or will ever be left out; and easily going back and forth from one system to the other, or even working in both systems, whenever necessary and/or desired, is part of all this. This even includes the employment at all times of the elderly and the disabled who need to work in order to have enough money to easily pay their bills and live decent, worthwhile, and honorable lives; and the paycheck for each of them who choose to or need to work in the "Public Enterprise" sector in this way, will be just as much as a person gets who is doing something similar in that sector, even if their physical and mental condition naturally forces or limits them to work a lot less hours and days than another person who is in better shape. This is both a practical and a loving new way to do things in the envisioned "One for all and all for one" system, worldwide.

For example, the following ways of thinking and doing, among many others, from the local as well as from the world-community's point of view, are part of the vision: If you are a person whose mental and physical condition naturally limits you to certain types of jobs, such as, just for example, being a community block watcher, or a school crossing-the-street guard, or a storyteller to children, or a library helper, or a tutor, or a hospital worker taking books around to patients or delivering messages to the staff, or a baby sitter, or a companion to others who are in even worse shape, or any other of the hundreds of possible job descriptions that everyone who is elderly or disabled, or both, will be able to choose from, in productive service to their community, and you are only able to perform this function, let's say, using a worst case kind of a scenario in order to clearly show what I mean, for only one hour of just one day a week, because that is all your mental and/or physical condition and medical circumstances will permit, and which is verified by medical people in the community, you will still get a full salary from the "Public Enterprise" system. Each elderly and disabled person will be wisely, lovingly, and fairly dealt with according to their particular limitations.

From society's point of view, all of the sad, cruel, unjust, and ignorantly-produced individual and social problems, which are very costly to the community in many ways, and the suffering of so many people that now exists, because we do not wisely and creatively do whatever is necessary for the elderly and the disabled, and make sure that they can support themselves, no matter what their legitimate limitations are, will cease to be the problem that it now is.

Section 14 of 17:
HOW DO WE ORGANIZE OURSELVES INTO A WORLD-WIDE MOVEMENT?

First let me start off by quoting what I said at the beginning: "Because this is a project that, for the sake of humanity, needs every nation, or at least many nations, to become involved with it, each nation should assign at least a small committee of scholars, teachers, experts, and visionaries to help develop it, and to promote its existence."

And outside of the government committees, so that people everywhere can encourage, support, and assist them, we should, if possible, also create some kind of an organized working-together world-wide public forum, with representatives from every single nation on the planet involved in local branches, from both the private and the government sectors, in order to explore everything related to this initial vision of mine: to share ideas, to develop, improve, and expand it, and to schedule meetings, both electronic and in actual physical locations.

And local branches in every nation should also collect signatures, on petitions that they compose, from as many citizens as possible who want to help encourage their national government, their leaders, their elected representatives, and their nation's various United Nations (U.N.) organizations to get involved in this world-wide public forum and dialogue.

I must admit that I have absolutely no organizing know-how or abilities -- all I have is this overall vision; but I am confident that I can always play a useful part when we are exploring, discussing, nit-picking, and brainstorming every aspect of it, as we become an organized world-wide Movement. So those of you who know how to help us do this, and who want to, please come forward and help organize us.

Section 15 of 17:
I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK ABOUT THIS IN MANY PUBLIC AND PRIVATE FORUMS

Since I'm not a scholar, but consider myself very prepared, having had, so far, over 27 years of steadily thinking about this and pondering over it, and the many issues that would need to be addressed, I am ready to, in a friendly, informative, and give-and-take way, speak with everyone -- meaning ordinary citizens like myself, as well as people in the media, world leaders, politicians, scholars, economists, educators, experts, and so on; and who are either friendly or unfriendly to the "Public & Private Enterprise" plan and proposal, or who are just plain curious, but wide-open-minded.

And since I'm also a pretty good public speaker, I am available to any and all groups, both large and small, in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. area, free of charge, to speak of this and to answer questions in a free-flow, public dialogue way, with no time constraints as to how long any sessions might go on (from my point of view, at this beginning stage). And this no-fee-required-or-wanted speaking way will always be the case, since this definitely is not a business venture for me. Just write, call, or e-mail me and we can get started. The bottom line is that I know that I can speak on this issue in the endless ways that are necessary on a public platform, but for some reason, other than what I have so far written in this document, I can't seem to write down most of the thousands of other things that I always think about.

I also hope that someone, or some group, or even a mixed group, from any or all of the colleges in this area, from the media, from the government, from the United Nations (U.N.), and so on with many other groups, will come forward to spend time with me and talk and question me on the endless possible details that humanity has to consider, and which I have thought about for so many years in so many ways. I do need people who are much more educated and skilled than myself to draw these things out of me. As said in the Organizing section, the one before this one, I can be a useful cog in the wheel in all of this, but others who are much more skilled than me will have to actually professionally write down what we all come up with, based on the basic starting point that I have so far presented on this page. I will continue to add new things here as I can, but what I have spoken of in this section, and in the one just before it, is what is really needed.

As of February 7, 2006, I started to rewrite "An Open Letter to My Baltimore Community". The new opening commentary of this document that you read at the very top of the page contains some very crucial starting ideas on getting the movement going, with more to follow at a later date. The original "Open Letter" link will remain disengaged until work on it is complete. At that time I will as usual announce it at the top of the page.

In the Fall of 2005 I was so very fortunate to be allowed to give a free 3-day workshop on three consecutive Saturday's (October 22nd, October 29th, and November 5th) at the Baltimore Free University at Johns Hopkins University in order to begin to try and get this Movement going for humanity in the Baltimore, Maryland region that I live in here in the United States. EVERYONE CAN HELP INTRODUCE AND GET THIS IMPORTANT PLAN AND PROPOSAL INTO THE PUBLIC CONSCIOUSNESS AND DIALOGUE, WORLDWIDE

How? In every possible communications way that you can think of, such as: Speaking of it in chat rooms and discussion groups on the internet, and also when calling in to talk radio shows; writing a letter and sending a copy of this page, at whatever stage of development it happens to be in on any given day, or e-mailing a letter and a link to this page to, for example: your family, friends, and work associates; to some of your local and national government officials; to some of your local and national newspapers, columnists, magazines, TV news shows, and 24 hour TV news channels; to teachers, fellow students, and college professors whom you know; to your college newspaper and the economics department; to think tanks; to some of the member nations and the many departments within the United Nations (U.N.); to some of the non-profit organizations in the world that you are a member of, or that you contribute to, who are working hard, in whatever way, on every severe social problem, be it housing, food, poverty, health care, children, and on and on and on into the many different categories of human suffering and social injustice.

Here's a rough draft of a Letter to the Student-Editors of College Newspapers that I'm working on, but would like some help with in composing, in order to make it much better before I start sending it out, little by little. (ALERT: I rewrote some of it on February 7, 2006.)

The word can also be passed to humanity, in every nation, if as many people as possible who have home pages or web sites on the internet would put a link to this page under a lead-in sentence or paragraph heading to it that they compose; or if they want to, introduce the link to it by only using excerpts of what is already written on it; or combine their own ideas with bits and pieces of things said from this page. The same goes for the web sites of all media and government organizations and departments; as well as non-profit organizations, colleges, corporations, and on and on with every other kind of web site.

And in case you feel that you need a clear and honest kind of a statement (or a disclaimer) that you can use in explaining your, or your organization's, or your nation's reasons or motives for providing a link to this project in your comments leading into the link, if they are more or less the same please feel free to compose some of the introductory comments that you make using and quoting all or parts of this exact copy of a paragraph that is found in the introductory section at the beginning of this document:

Hopefully many of you will be inspired by what you have read of the plan, up to the present point of its development, to do a little something to get this all going. If we all do a little, a lot can be accomplished in the long run.

And on a much larger and grander note: It is very much encouraged, and hoped for, that many billionaires, millionaires, stars, and superstars in every field of human activity; TV and movie producers; publishers; charitable and philanthropic foundations; lovers and servers of humanity, will be inspired to come together and form a super-rich entity (in financial terms, organizational skills, and all kinds of technical know-how and support) that will in every conceivable communications way put this new "Public & Private Enterprise" plan and proposal before the whole world in a non-stop educational way, in service to humanity. Out of all the things and projects that are privately financed in this world, in order to try and help our suffering humanity, surely this very important one also deserves to be financed and have its day in the sun for humanity to open-mindedly consider. So form foundations to raise the funds to create TV stations, cable channels, and educational projects and forums where it can be discussed; and even movies can be made that envision a world operating under this new economic system, as well as books written and published. (Please rest assured that I am not in any way suggesting or asking anyone here to offer me money to start a foundation, but simply asking others to do this.)

FINAL COMMENTS

Since new money, and money already in circulation, is backed up by nothing tangible, like gold (which didn't even seem to work well for the world when it was the backup standard for money), why not, once and for all, in wise, loving, and practical service to humanity, after a world-wide public dialogue on the subject, finally put a very dynamically-useful, permanent, and stable system in place, one where new money is constantly created and backed up, not by minerals, which don't think, feel, and suffer, but only by all of the important DOING by humanity?

The "Public & Private Enterprise" proposal that I have offered here, a starting-idea to help get us thinking and working together, in every nation, is, as has been laid out, a method of operating that can make the entire world-wide economic system steadily, smoothly, and consistently work to benefit all of humanity because all of the most important, necessary, needed, and productive activities in every nation, on the "Public Enterprise" side of the equation, are the only things that would keep bringing new money into existence. Everyone on the planet would then know for sure, whenever they happen to think about it, how and why their own money, as well as everyone else's, came into existence; and that the entire "Private Enterprise" system was a close and friendly partner with the "Public Enterprise" system -- and was actually being funded by it, non-stop. Poverty, economic boom-and-bust cycles, recessions and depressions, all of it, would be things of the past on the entire planet.

Finally: I feel confident that I have at least been on the right track for humanity with the vision that I live with, since the bottom line, so far, is always this: That no matter what anyone says, no matter how scholarly it sounds and is, because based on the way things are done now, the condition of the never-ending poverty and discord in the world proves that we desperately need to find ways of operating that work much better in the realms of poverty; in how to have world-wide economic success; in how, when, and for what reasons money comes into existence; with what backs it up; and so on. I also have a very firm conviction that completely solving our economic problems, once and for all, worldwide, would naturally go a very long way in helping us to truly begin to solve many of the other very important problems that we have, such as racial, ethnic, gender, religious, and national-origin hatreds.

ABOUT THE NEW-MONEY-ISSUING AUTHORITY

(1) January 5, 2003: Some additional thoughts to consider about the "new-money-issuing" authority idea, the "worldwide central mission control aspect" to all this that would most likely have its "Public Enterprise" headquarters located in one nation. Besides this home office, so to say, it might be best if every nation in the world also had a sort of watch-dog authority, a committee located in each nation that would be made up of one voting member from each and every country, and their staffs. Each nation's committee would be authorized to have the same number and kinds of staff members, all who live and work in the particular country that they are assigned to, paid with new "Public Enterprise" money each week, until each person is rotated out of the particular nation that they are working in by their own nation and replaced with another person to do the same job. Why have such a committee in each nation? In order to evaluate and approve, based on what is authorized by the international home office, all "Public Enterprise" projects to be funded -- and in such a way as to make sure that paychecks are honestly and directly paid to all "Public Enterprise" workers, and so that all the "Private Enterprise" commercial suppliers of goods and services are only paid for actually doing and providing whatever was contracted for, in order to keep it all honest and above-board and as free from any sort of corruption as is possible in each and every nation.

ABOUT MONEY & CURRENCIES

(2) January 6, 2003: Some random thoughts (starting-ideas for you to consider, ponder over, improve upon, and expand on) concerning money as envisioned by me in the unfinished proposal that you have so far read on this page:

(a) The goal is to end up with one world-wide currency, not different money in each nation with constantly changing values. Why? So that it always stays very stable because it is naturally loved and highly respected by everyone because of the very practical, productive, all-encompassing, problem-solving, humanity-helpful way that it comes into existence in the same exact way in every single nation.

(b) This currency should not in any way be dependent on any "Private Enterprise" businesses, banks, or some of the rich people of the world backing it up in any way, such as by giving it any sort of OK, or not, if that is even a dynamic that ever comes into play with currencies now. Nor should it be dependent on the endless ups and downs of "Private Enterprise" businesses, large or small, local or international.

(c) It should always maintain the same exact value worldwide, with all existing money to be eventually traded in for this one world-wide currency so that no one loses in any way -- meaning at a value at maybe the then-highest valued one on the announcement date in order to facilitate this changeover worldwide, which needs to be done just one time in order to satisfy and serve humanity well (this would be a good tradeoff and dynamic that helps it to happen). Or maybe it should be based on the then-current different value of each currency at the time that the trade-in is announced worldwide -- no matter when after that date and announcement any currency happens to actually be traded in by anyone, irregardless of how long it takes them.

(d) If some people choose to continue for a while to use some of the old currencies in doing any kind of small or large private and/or "Private Enterprise" transactions, so what! -- it won't in any way hurt or disrupt the world which has come together in this new and improved way. This whole new way to operate is to make sure that our world-wide civilization can always work well from the money and currency point of view -- and not breed any form of involuntary poverty while always allowing civilization to accomplish everything that is most important.

(e) This way of operating will never hurt the overall world-wide population, and the economy of every nation, no matter what happens to particular businesses winning or losing, or their executives trying to cheat and scam their stockholders; and the ups and downs in the stock market will never cause a major crisis of any kind to the overall world-wide economy: "Public & Private Enterprise" goes on in a "Steady as she goes" way no matter what -- in service to humanity as a whole -- even while some people and companies cheat and disrupt their particular businesses, customers, and stockholders until they are caught.

(f) The overall goal is to make sure that the world works well at all times, everywhere. We will be creating an economic system where the world (meaning every nation) always does well and is very stable no matter the ups and downs in particular businesses, the stock markets, what products are manufactured, or not; exported, imported, or not; etc., etc.

(g) The current stock market system is no better than a gambling casino -- even more so now with on-line trading on the internet. Many more people than before are just going in and out, buying and selling, very quickly, which is just betting, not really and truly investing in companies. This is not a wise or dependable piece of the overall economic foundation for an international currency like the one that I'm proposing to sit on -- long and hard experience by the world proves this. We need a sure and rock-solid "Steady as she goes" foundational system for money, no matter what businesses do and no matter all of the gambling, investing, cheating, inside information, insider trading, and scamming that goes on in the stock markets of the world.

ABOUT POOR COUNTRIES, MONEY & CURRENCIES, AND MUCH MORE

(3) January 7, 2003: In the following mixed grouping of some more of my thoughts and ideas about my economic vision for humanity I will address, for starters, before moving on to other things selected, something that I consider, overall, in general, to be strategically important for everyone to consider and ponder over at this early stage (as starting-ideas); and which are based on two particular comments, out of the many more which follow (that I have selected), that a new friend of mine from Lebanon made to me about money & currencies in a few e-mails concerning the poorer countries of the world after he read and said he liked my economic proposal. All of my comments and answers to him are selected from a few of my e-mails back to him (some of which are slightly edited here in order to hopefully improve them). The first two comments of his that I'm using are the following (they are unedited):

(a) "If however these countries take the courageous steps of making money freely available for all the productive activity in their country, the support and guarantee of this new currency will come from the goods that are created or the wealth that will accrue from the execution of the projects."

(b) "Some countries are today in desperate economical difficulty. The solution for them could be to create local financing for local projects on a large scale and without being limited by available funds."

I could be wrong, and please correct me if I am, but you seem to be saying that individual nations should try to put the proposed system in place, all alone, printing their own currency. ... I have presented it to humanity as a project that every nation in the world should get involved with exploring and developing, so that, if eventually enacted as a world-wide policy, the new money that was constantly created for each nation's "Public Enterprise" projects would be one world-wide currency, authorized by one world-wide money-issuing body, a body made up of representatives of each and every nation, and who vote on everything on an equal basis. The bottom line to my vision is that this currency would then be loved and respected by everyone in the world because it was created for each nation in the same exact way: in order to finance all of the most crucial and desperately needed "Public Enterprise" projects in each nation, as well as the most needed collective projects that the nations of the world would engage in together, as laid out in my proposal on the web site.

With that said, it is my opinion that nations who are economically desperate, and who would naturally want to seriously consider the proposed method of creating new money, and who might think that they would want to put this system in place all alone, should consider the following ways of thinking and acting:

It would be strategically wise if a group of such struggling countries began to open-mindedly, aggressively, and in a very public way, so that the media and the whole world would take notice, organize themselves so that together they could look into, study, explore, discuss, and think about my starting-ideas in order to get the rest of the world involved in an ongoing dialogue, as I call for in my proposal. It is my opinion that no one, not even a nation that would be willing to be the first one to try the system out, should do so without the whole world watching, after the whole world had a nice long and constructive dialogue and together came up with the collectively-put-together opening game plan for that nation (or nations) to begin with, for everyone to watch closely as things unfold.

All of the nations of the world, or at least many or most of them, for starters, would be encouraged to at least actively participate in the proposed world-wide forum if just an initial group of poorer nations skillfully and wholeheartedly joined together in an action, the proposed "Public & Private Enterprise Development Forum", in order to try and get the whole ball rolling for humanity, and to highlight it for everyone to see and join. I speak of all this in the proposal on the web site.

Based on some of the things you mention, such as:

"To have a possible immediate implementation a variation is needed that can be applied to individual nations in financial trouble."

...and:

"I want something ready for implementation".

...I can see that you are definitely worried about how long it would take, or maybe not even be considered, if we had to wait for the whole world to finally be involved in the public dialogue. As far as a few nations doing it together, of course they can try it, and even say why they are quickly trying it, if they too are worried about the same things and want to rush; but I think it would be strategically wise for them to get together and do it in a very skillful public way, both in service to those nations who are also currently desperate, as they are, and to humanity as a whole, by announcing it to the whole world, so that it both highlights this proposal to humanity, as well as why and what they are attempting to do; and they at the same time can ask the whole world to watch what they are trying to do as well as welcome all help and assistance by experts and officials in every nation. I think that something like this would dramatically help to speed up and create the dynamics for an, as you say

    "real revolution in the world economical system",

...as well as not make them look like they are just looking to help themselves, but everyone, everywhere. If a few, or many, or a quarter, or a third, or half, or most of the nations in the world would quickly get together to conference in this way, being sure to also tell the U.N. about it, it would surely be kept close track of by the big-ten nations (or big-nine, big-eight, big-seven, or whatever the number is that includes the U.S.A.), as well as the world-wide media.

I have a firm conviction that my vision is a practical and do-able plan for the whole world, inclusive of every nation, so is not something that can or should be rushed into "implementation" -- it needs to be hashed out over a period of time once every, or many, or most nations and the media are looking at it in the bright blaze of the world-wide public spotlight.

You are thinking too much in the existing box, in the way things are done now, rather than outside the box. We need to fix the existing system so that the medium of exchange that we call money is something that serves ALL OF HUMANITY well, at all times, not just partially and in cycles of boom and bust, and is loved and respected because of the way it comes into existence, as proposed.

Can this guarantee be replaced by a participation in a "Productive Company" without affecting their reserves of foreign currency?"

The goal is to have one loved and respected currency in the world. The way I see it is that this new system would work just fine even if all or some of the wealthy balked and held back in any and every way. But it will be helping them to do better, as explained in my proposal to humanity. I see it as all the various existing money can eventually be exchanged, all over the world in the same exact way, so everyone is in the same boat, for the new one-world currency. But if some people, and "Private Enterprise" businesses, once we evolve to that, when every nation is finally involved, still want to buy and sell things between themselves using any of the previous currencies, they are more than free to do that.

Yes, "ethics" is probably the most important subject for students, and everyone else, to learn about, and practice, in every way, on every subject. Ethics, in general, overall, is included and is high on the list of why this project is being presented to humanity in the first place.

You are correct that a good portion of the people in every nation have to get involved and study and talk about this economic proposal to humanity before it will have a chance to be properly considered by governments in a serious way. Everything about and within my proposal, in how I have presented it, from top to bottom, even in my amateur way, is calling for others who are much wiser than me to lead the way in creating, building, and sustaining a long-term, ongoing, public dialogue and education on the whole subject, with the experts constantly involved, as well as the educators and the media and humanity in general, everywhere around the world.

You bring up very important points, as the subject of "How money comes into existence" now, and how it could come into existence in a whole new and major problem-solving way at all times for every nation, is the key item in the whole proposal to humanity, and is spoken of as being the most important issue, the foundation, that the proposed worldwide "Public & Private Enterprise Development Forum" should work on and deal with.

You are on the right track when you ended with the idea that when it comes to issuing new money that it should be

"subjected to extra scrutiny".

If you read the document again carefully, with both of our comments in mind, overall, in general, you will see that you are not quite on the right track when you speak of it from the point of view of the issuing of a different currency for each nation when new money is issued only for "Public Enterprise" projects in each nation. The proposal encourages one world-wide "Public Enterprise" currency to be newly issued when paying for any and all well-planned, authorized, and approved "Public Enterprise" projects: for their initial funding and then for their ongoing operating expenses.

And concerning these questions of yours:

"But what happens with inflation? What happens with abuses that could happen in the local administration, high salaries, unproductive expenses, and so on?"

...let me say that all these sort of things are considered and spoken of in the proposal in order to help start a world-wide public dialogue on these things.

The key starting-ideas that are presented throughout my proposal to humanity are that all of the nations of the world, each represented equally in the "new-money-issuing" authority, however they decide to form that body, will together be devising the way(s) that the same one currency for the world, not a different one for each nation, is to be issued, what it will pay for, what prices will be paid for wages and products and services having to do with the "Public Enterprise" side of the equation, in the same way in each country; along with coming up with the systems, plans, and ground-rules for how they will decide on all of these things. It definitely is envisioned as a tightly- and well-organized collective dynamic in every aspect of whatever is ever decided upon, created, altered, and adjusted; and this is also spoken of in the proposal. The bottom line is this, and as I have proposed: The issuing of new money for ALL "Public Enterprise" projects, from the funding of everything in every nation's government, to every other project that will end up falling on the "Public Enterprise" side of the equation, will not be done in a haphazard way in which cheating, hustling, stealing, "abuses", "unauthorized high salaries", "unproductive expenses", and so on will be able to go on without quickly being noticed and skillfully dealt with by this world-wide body.

...the way I see it, the kinds of things that you mention, about the value of currency, don't apply in my vision for humanity, as all "Public Enterprise" activity that is entitled to be funded in every single nation in the same way, naturally proportional to serve each nation's population, the country's area in size and its types of terrain, and the many social conditions needed to be desperately fixed, because agreed upon by the proposed "new-money-issuing" authority, which all nations have an equal position and voting power in, will not be in any way related to and/or conditioned on what is going on in the "Private Enterprise" sector, as mentioned by you.

"Private Enterprise" businesses, large or small, winners or losers; things built, developed, grown, sold, not sold, exported or not exported, and so on in the "Private Enterprise" sector, which is being constantly and immensely funded and strengthened in every way that is important and needed under the new major problem-solving way that money comes into existence in the "Public Enterprise" sector, as said, doesn't apply, and doesn't affect the productive and needed activity of what goes on in the "Public Enterprise" sector. My entire vision points to the idea, and I speak about this to the world of business in many ways in the proposal, that all of the funded activities within "Public Enterprise" in every nation, the only way new money will constantly come into existence, will naturally strongly support the "Private Enterprise" side of the equation at all times, constantly increasing the market potential for every single business in the world, and so will really be a friendly partner with it, while having naturally done away with poverty and bringing every person in every nation into the economic process in a fully fair and prosperous way, which is good and necessary for everyone, everywhere.

Whatever is bought and sold, or not, in the "Private Enterprise" market place, between citizens and businesses; between businesses and businesses; between businesses and people in their own nations, or with people who have traveled from other nations to their nation; between governments and businesses, in any nation, from anywhere, will have nothing to do with the agreed upon and equal handling of all the crucial and most needed "Public Enterprise" projects that each nation is entitled to have funded. And all of the new money that is constantly created in the "Public Enterprise" sector will be constantly entering the "Private Enterprise" side of the equation in every way. How? By the spending, investments made, and savings of all that the workers in the "Public Enterprise" sector earn, as well as by the purchases made by each government of all the products and services from the "Private Enterprise" sector that are needed for the creation and the ongoing operations of all the projects in the "Public Enterprise" sector, which include all salaries paid, from top to bottom of the job and skill levels in the entire process.

All this will keep the world of "Private Enterprise", in general, overall, as a whole system, even though there will always continue to be losers and winners in business, from running into its major cyclic dilemmas of recessions, depressions, and hard times in general -- even though in its so-called good and prosperous times there is really only a portion of the people in every nation who are doing well, as history right up to the present moment proves at all times. Our so-called good economic systems in the world, where they are considered to be good, as in the U.S.A., for example, are all very partial in their good effects, with so much suffering, in so many ways, constantly going on, even in the so-called "boom" times of economic activity. No one can dispute this reality and great flaw in how our world now operates.

I will now try to paint a clear foundational picture, an extreme polar example, that contrasts how different types of nations will be free to conduct themselves, whether simply natural to their culture, or on purpose, for whatever reason, as I envision it: If a small or large nation is mostly into being a farming society, producing things that its people may or may not export any of, according to their own choices in the "Private Enterprise" sector, and is a low production society from the point of view of its people not being much into manufacturing many products, or developing technology, or buying and selling things between their nation and others, like the United States of America, or like any other highly industrial nation does, by the choices of their own people and businesses, they will still get the same exact types of funding for all "Public Enterprise" projects that every other nation gets: from their government expenses on into every other type of crucial and needed project that the "new-money-issuing" world body provides for each nation. Whatever projects are voted on to be on the long list to be funded by the "Public Enterprise" system, their nation is entitled to apply for, the same as with all of the other nations of the world who make up the "new-money-issuing" world body, which they will have an equal place and say in. The examples of the types of projects that will be listed on the "Public Enterprise" side of the equation, that are so far mentioned in my proposal, at this point in time of the document's development, are in the section of the project's web site with this heading [I put a link up to it in the heading here]:

"HERE'S A SAMPLE LIST OF THE KINDS OF VERY IMPORTANT THINGS THAT WILL ALWAYS BE ABLE TO BE FINANCED LIKE THEY NEVER COULD BEFORE"

To try to summarize and conclude what I have said in the paragraph just before this one, the one above the heading to the section on the project's web site that is pointed to, about a nation that is not productively strong from an industrial and manufacturing point of view, let me say this: Under this new "Public & Private Enterprise" system, a particular nation could be quiet, peaceful, loving to everyone everywhere, including the environment, culturally strong, morally strong, educationally strong, socially strong, human relations strong, workmanship strong, ideas strong, spiritually strong, and so on in any of the ways that they may naturally be, or want to evolve to be, without in any way hurting the world's economic system. And this would be so even if its government as well as each of its citizens, just to use this as an extreme example again, didn't want to get rich in ways far above what is needed to sustain themselves with a good lifestyle for everyone in their national community, in all of the above categories, and they simply wanted to lead by example and contribute to humanity mostly in the ways mentioned, and by the general spending around the world by its citizens, as well as by paying for all that needs to be paid for in creating, paying for the construction of, and operating all of its "Public Enterprise" projects -- which would be to many "Private Enterprise" experts, consultants, and businesses from outside of its own general population, as well as from within.

The bottom line is that each nation will not have to act in the same exact way as other nations do, such as, for example, in the extreme and competing hustle and bustle of heavy industrialism and/or technological development, in order to prosper and in order for its citizens to be healthy, prosperous, and happy, and for it to be a useful member of the world community of nations, as envisioned. For whatever reason, a nation could just be an importer of things and never export anything in the "Public & Private Enterprise" system, and still be a respected, necessary, and most useful part of our world-wide civilization. And, to use even another extreme example, not having any valuable natural resources to speak of, as well as not having any production of products that leave its nation, would in no way stand in the way of any nation's development, or in its government's spending; meaning paying salaries to people who work within "Public Enterprises", and the fees paid to "Private Enterprise" businesses, experts, and consultants from within its nation and from around the world who service and supply it with whatever needs to be done in the "Public Enterprise" side of the equation, as it is funded in the same exact way as even the most competitive, inventive, high-tech, and/or industrial nations. Even though it has no natural resources and is not heavily industrial, its citizens, who work in either sector of its "Public & Private Enterprise" economy, or in both, will be spending money both in businesses at home and in many other nations, in the new economic system as it is envisioned.

ABOUT A WORLD WITHOUT TAXATION

(4) January 9, 2003 [rewritten on January 21, 2003]: Based on this new very altruistic, productive, and problem-solving way of bringing money into existence in every nation, here are just a few food-for-thought ideas to consider about a world smoothly operating without any kind of taxation messing up the gears of the human-driven economic engine: Think about how much more money everyone, both workers and businesses, will have to spend and invest without taxes of any kind, both direct and indirect, taking anything away from them. Think about how much cheaper all products and services can be sold for to regular consumers, other businesses, and to governments. Think about how all of the fighting over and the despising of taxes in every field and arena will come to an end -- and how all of the dirty dealing that goes on between business special interests and their governments, over tax breaks and incentives, will cease to exist. Think about how all that governments need and want to do, in order to help in so many ways within their various local, state, national, and international jurisdictions, but can't even come close to paying for, no matter how much money they dare to raise through taxation, will cease to be the problem that it has been and is. Think about how the desperate avoidance of paying taxes by so many individuals and businesses will not exist anymore, anywhere (taxation is something which has constantly helped to make many citizens -- employees, business owners, and corporate executives -- dishonest, by illegally cheating in many ways to avoid paying taxes, while so many other citizens and businesses honestly follow the tax laws and rules and pay their fair share even though, in their hearts, they too really don't like to or want to). And also think about finally putting out of existence the constant and very distasteful activity and unfair dynamic of politicians who are endlessly fighting and jockeying over who gets what for their constituencies, which programs get funded -- local, state, and national, with taxpayer money, and which don't. And on and on with so many other things that I haven't mentioned here in these general ways, that everyone can think of.

ABOUT CORPORATE RENTS OR FEES PAID TO GOVERNMENTS THAT ARE NOT TAXATION, AND WHAT HAPPENS TO THE COLLECTED MONEY

(5) January 11, 2003 [rewritten on May 6, 2004]: Based on what I said above, in number (4), about no more taxation existing on the planet, please keep in mind that I think it's fair to say (offering just a few ideas and using just a few examples here in order to make the overall point clear, as a starting-point for thought and discussion) that companies having to pay rents or fees to any government for things like the commercial use of the natural resources that exist in the common public environment, as well as for the expenses related to the cleaning up of the environment after polluting it, when and if that be the case, and/or having to install and use technology that is required by law so as not to pollute the common environment of earth, air, and water, should not be considered taxes. The same goes for any government rents, fees, fines, and/or other expenses that companies have to incur for the use of and/or for having to fix up the landscape after taking things from it, like when mining for minerals deep underground, strip-mining for minerals, cutting down trees, and so on. The same also goes for the rents or fees that commercial businesses have to pay for using the frequencies in the public airways for radio and television stations, and maybe even for other commercial technical uses of the public space and electronic spectrum that surrounds the earth (if that's more or less the correct way of expressing it) -- especially when it gets polluted with chemicals and left-over parts from rockets and satellites.

Since all governments in every nation -- city, county, state, and national -- are "Public Enterprises" that are funded in the same exact way by the world's new-money-issuing authority, all amounts of money that "Private Enterprise" businesses (large and small, local, national, and international) have to give up in the form of rents and fees, such as when required in the few examples that are laid out above, will be taken out of circulation and placed under very tight security in the vaults of this international world body. Then, rather than simply being destroyed, this money will be available to be reissued again, anywhere in the world, whenever new money is to be issued for any sort of authorized "Public Enterprise" activity -- naturally cutting down, to some degree, overall, on the amount of new money that has to be printed in this whole new way that the world operates its loved and respected money system, its "medium of exchange", as spoken of all throughout this document. Note: For the sake of continuity, I want you to know that the ideas in this paragraph will be a lot clearer to you if you either scroll or click down to Item number (7) (which also points to another related item). Once you finish reading them, then simply come back to Item number (6) in order to continue on. It's out of sequence only because this 2nd paragraph was added over 15 months after these 5th, 6th & 7th Additional Items were written.

ABOUT NO INFLATION IN A WORLD WITH ONLY ONE CURRENCY

(6) January 15, 2003: Here are some very unique things about Inflation to think about and consider: It is my opinion that with only one very loved and respected currency in the world, loved and respected because of the very important problem-solving ways that it comes into existence, inflation as we have known it up to now won't have a place to exist. Why? It will always stay very stable because it will be the only world-wide medium of exchange other than bartering and things like that, which are OK because it doesn't harm the economic system when some people happen to trade in these ways without the use of an official currency. Prices for products and services will still go up and down, as always, but, and as it should be, prices will be heavily controlled and kept down in a natural way by plenty of steady and honest competition. Here are just a couple of ways (spoken of in the above document) that the new money will come into existence on a regular basis, solving major problems while being loved and respected for it all over the world:

(a) Every single person in the world will be entitled to free medical care throughout life, the very best there is for everyone, and "Public" hospitals will be built and maintained with "Public Enterprise" new money, with doctors, nurses, medical staff, and suppliers constantly getting paid with new money that is issued by the "Public Enterprise" system. The world's new-money-issuing authority will also have to figure out the formula for how "Private Enterprise" hospitals, doctors, nurses, medical staff, and suppliers fit into this; meaning: Who and what gets paid for, or not, and how much -- based on, I assume, for starters, for what, to whom, and how much things are paid for in the "Public Enterprise" sector.

(b) The same with public education of all kinds, at every level; it will be free to everyone, worldwide, while being paid for, in every way (meaning the construction and maintenance of buildings, teachers, suppliers, etc.), at all times, with new "Public Enterprise" money being issued. And, as in the medical field, the world's new-money-issuing authority will also have to figure out the formula for how "Private Enterprise" schools, and their owners, the people teaching in them, and the students who attend them, are financially dealt with -- once again, as above, for starters, based on how it all works in the "Public Enterprise" sector.

This world will finally be a wonderfully transformed place for everyone, everywhere, once a very wise money system (the important medium of exchange for its economic system) is in place: such as the one that I have proposed here, to be used as a starting-idea for every nation to get together and dialogue on. ABOUT CONTROLLING CORRUPTION DURING "PUBLIC ENTERPRISE" NEW-MONEY PAYMENTS

(7) January 27, 2003: Here are just a few starting-ideas to consider concerning how to best maintain very tight controls so that corruption can't get a foothold into the system when it comes to the constant issuing of new money to run all governments as well as all other "Public Enterprises": All "Public Enterprise" employees, from the top to the bottom of the scale of both elected and appointed positions, inclusive of all levels and kinds of jobs, skills, and talents, should receive their paychecks directly from the new-money-issuing authority, which should operate under the very bright blaze of the public spotlight at all times. The same goes for when paying all "Private Enterprise" businesses and vendors for their products and services, based on whatever they contracted to do and supply to governments and other "Public Enterprises" -- meaning those payments should always be paid to them directly for whatever they honestly contracted to do, and did, and which was kept very close track of. The bottom-line starting-idea is that no national governments, and no government agencies within them, should get or maintain huge lump sums of money in advance in order to pay for all these sorts of things; let the international new-money-issuing authority be in charge of all this, from both its headquarters and from its branches in each and every nation -- as first spoken of in item number (1) in this section.
